Sail250® – Tall Ships 2026

UPDATE: Sail250 has indicated many of the big ships will be leaving town on the morning of July 16th. While a number of visiting ships will still be sailing around the Harbor that day, please be aware if you book tickets on the 16th that you will not be seeing all the ships!

Join us in Boston from July 11-16, 2026, for a once-in-a-lifetime event! Tall ships and military vessels from around the world will converge in Boston to help celebrate America’s 250th birthday. Thousands of visitors and international crews/cadets will take to the streets of Boston for a maritime celebration like none other.

Come out in the Harbor with Liberty Fleet and see the city skyline, bristling with the masts of tall ships like in the glory days of sail gone by. Get away from crowded city streets and enjoy some quality time out on the water with unbeatable views of historic Boston.

Drinks are available onboard for purchase via cash, credit, or Apple Pay. Our menu includes several craft beers and spirits made right here in Boston! We also have red and white wine, soda, juice, and water available in addition to several snack options.

Snacks and bag lunches are welcome, but please no coolers or outside beverages.

There is no formal narration during our daysails, but feel free to ask the captain and crew and they’ll happily share their knowledge of local landmarks and history.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR DOCK

We are docking at Fan Pier, but we will NOT be on the large face dock with the other tall ships. Fame and Liberty Star will be boarding guests at the east end of the Marina itself, which is accessed through a locked gate. Please see the video below for exactly how to reach this gate. We will have a tall orange flag and a second boarding sign at this location. Please congregate there and a crew member will come get you when it’s time for boarding.
